In the past human beings had to use their physical body For their normal work. now we go to work by car, arriving home by car and sit down again for the rest. such a life has no physical labor. physical inactivity is the main cause of diseases. Sports, Running, walking and other things must be added to our normal life.

It is simple idea but we do not follow this. if we eat out of habit or due to social habit at certain

Even a machine can not work without any rest. how we expect our digestive system to work without rest. we compel our digestive system to work without rest. they do not protest us but they give us signals that they can not work non-stop. when we ignore that signals and still compel them to work, digestive organs break down. that's why periodic fasting is necessary. refrain from eating for one complete day. this gives a rest to our digestive system and also helps to eliminate the wastes of our body. regular fasting allows a person to gain extra time for intellectual or spiritual pursuits. fasting is not for saints in the cave but is a sensible practice that anyone can practice.

Wash with Water before Going Bed




As it is told above, proper sleep is necessary for good health. if we wash our hands, arms, eyes, legs, mouth and genitals before sleep by using cool water, this will relax us and prepare us for deep sleep.

Perform Meditation Regularly 




Our body is controlled by mind. many of the diseases of this time is psychosomatic. stress and anxiety take their toll on our physical health. Meditation is mental exercise which allow us to detach our self  from worries of life. learn a simple technique and do it regularly.

Get up Early every day




And our old proverb "Early to bed, Early to rise make a person healthy, wealthy and wise." it is not sure it will make you wealthy but it is certainly make you healthy. our body needs just enough sleep, not too much and not too little.
